We carry out cylinder replating with nickel-silicon,matching crossbar on the exhaust and welding interventions that guarantee strong, maximum grip, best performance and longer life.
In the event that the original riporto is worn, damaged or detached in some points, we recommend re-nickel-plating intervention, which consists in restoring the superficial inner surface of the cylinder (Nikel-Silicium).
For hard scratches, which have damaged the surface coating and corroded the aluminum blank, once the overlay is removed, we carry out a welding to renovate the original shape.Furthermore, at the end of the re-nickel-plating process, in the cylinders that have the exhaust port, we carry out the matching crossbar on the exhaust to increase the life and performance of the piston.
